- We only suggest using this type e-lock for this door phone system as shown on the picture, if you want to connect this door phone system to another type e-lcok, you can purchase other type door phone in our store.
- We suggest testing the door phone kit with our original cable before installation, and the distance between the units should not be too close(3 meters distance may be OK) while testing, or it will cause noise sound.
- The total length of the 4-core connection cable can NOT exceed 120 meters.
